How to get here

Robson HeliMagic base is in the quaint mountain town of Valemount, BC which is lies in the Northern reach of the Rocky Mountain Trench. The BC Gateway to the Mt. Robson Provincial Park and into one of Canada’s crown jewels, Jasper National Park.

The village of Valemount, easily accessible from Highway 5, is approximately 5 hours from Calgary or Edmonton, the local airstrip in Valemount can accommodate small jets, and heli transfers from Edmonton, Calgary, Prince George and Kamloops are also available.

Traveling by Road:

Vancouver  to Valemount – 672km (8 hours)

Travel from Vancouver east on the 1A (Trans-Canada) to Hope and then onto Kamloops via Highway 5 (Coquihalla). From Kamloops continue on Highway 5 (Yellowhead) until you reach Valemount.

Edmonton to Valemount – 488km (6 hours)

Travel from Edmonton west on Highway 16 (Yellowhead) and follow through Jasper and Mt. Robson Provincial Park. Take Highway 5 south until you reach Valemount.

Calgary to Valemount – 534 km (7 hours)

Travel west via the Highway 1 (Trans-Canada). Just past Banff, turn north on the Highway 93 (Icefields Parkway) to Jasper. Turn west at Jasper on Highway 16 (Yellowhead). Drive until you reach Highway 5 and turn south to Valemount.
